Returns and exchanges

 

EXCHANGES IN A PHYSICAL STORE

You can exchange an item purchased in our e-shop in any of our physical stores.

The exchange period is 15 days from the date of delivery of your order.

In December, exchanges are extended until January 10.

 

RETURNS

The return period is 15 days from the date of delivery of your order.

In December returns are extended until January 10.

You must notify us of the return by sending an email to online.drbloom@gmail.com.

Only items in perfect condition, accompanied by the corresponding purchase invoice and in their original packaging will be accepted.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Returns are free in store but reimbursement will be made once we have received your package in our offices. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used when ordering within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and an informative email will be sent.

 

RETURNS BY POST

1. You must notify us of the return by sending an email to online.drbloom@gmail.com

 2. Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging and attach the returns form. Clothing must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and with a tag.

Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible place on the package and send it to the following address. DrBloom, Calle Ballester 33, local, 08023, Barcelona.

3. When the item arrives at our office, you will receive a confirmation email and we will issue a refund. The amount will be paid using the same payment method used to place the order within a maximum of 15 calendar days and an information email will be sent.

ANY RETURN BY POST IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
