RETURNS

 

The return period is 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.

You must inform the return by sending an email to online.drbloom@gmail.com.

Only those items in perfect condition, with their corresponding purchase receipt and in their original packaging will be accepted.

RETURNS IN STORE

Returns are free in store but the refund will be made once we receive your package in The offices. The amount will be paid in the same payment method in which the order was placed within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and an informative email will be sent.

 

RETURNS BY MAIL

1. You must report the return by sending an email to online@drbloom.es.

 2. Package the items you want to return in their original packaging and attach the return form. The garments must be in the same condition in which you received them, unused and with tags.

Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of ​​the package and send it to the following address. DrBloom, Calle Ballester 33, local, 08023, Barcelona.

3. When the item arrives at our offices, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the refund. The amount will be paid in the same payment method in which the order was placed within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and an informative email will be sent.
