This page contains the Terms and Conditions of purchase of the products that appear on our website www.drbloom.es.

Please read them carefully before making any purchase. Placing an Order implies acceptance of these Purchase Conditions. The Online Store is owned and operated by Dr.Bloom Barcelona S.L, it is a company registered under number B 65936833 and with its tax address at Plaza Sarrià 14, (08017) Barcelona.

 

By placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms of purchase.


Product Availability

 

All orders are subject to availability. If there are difficulties regarding its supply or stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

 

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time.

 

We accept no responsibility for removing or modifying any product or content from the Website.

 

 

 

Price and payment

 

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

 

Discounts and offers can never be combined with other promotions.

 

 

 

 

 

Payment Methods

 

You can make the payment with your usual credit card or through the secure payment system “Paypal”. The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card at the time you confirm the purchase.

 

Remember that until you make payment for the purchase, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the chosen products are not reserved.

 

With the aim of providing maximum security to the purchasing process, we offer a "secure payment" system managed by “Paypal”, which guarantees direct communication between the client and the entity when making the payment. This way no one can have access to your card details.

 

Delivery

 

We will deliver the products to the shipping address indicated in your order.

 

We will deliver at the time established when placing the Order (and updated in the Order Confirmation Email). However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date either when placing the Order or in the Confirmation Email. The delivery time for mainland Spain and Portugal usually lasts between 1 and 3 working days from the date on which you place  the Order, but we cannot establish a fixed delivery date.

 

We will inform you of any delay in shipping the Order. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or charges arising from any such delay.

 

When delivering the Order, the recipient's signature may be required. Check that the Product does not present obvious faults, defects or damage before signing and keep the delivery receipt for possible future reference.

 

We do not ship to the following destinations: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Gibraltar and Andorra. If this is your case, we will also inform you using the contact information that you provide us when placing the Order and we will proceed to cancel it or modify the shipping address. Shipments are only made to mainland Spain, Portugal and some specific European countries indicated in the shipping section.

 

You will assume the risks related to the Products in the Order from the moment delivery is made, except in the case of delay in shipment due to non-compliance with your obligations. In this case, you will assume the risks at the time the delivery would have been made if there had not been such non-compliance. After assuming the risks, we are not responsible for the loss or destruction of the Products.

 

Make sure not to damage the contents of the package when opening it, especially if using sharp instruments.

You must ensure that you can receive the Order, without undue delay and at a reasonably agreed time.

If you are not available to receive the Order, we will leave you a card with the instructions to follow for forwarding or collecting the package at the courier office.

If delivery or collection is delayed due to unjustified rejection or you do not accept or collect the package from the courier office (within 7 days of the second delivery), we will be forced to carry out one or both of the following actions ( without affecting any other right or resource that is in our hands):

 

  1. Charge you storage costs and any other reasonable costs or expenses that may arise.
  2. Do not allow further shipments or withdrawal of the Product from the courier office and terminate the applicable Contract immediately. In such case, we will credit the difference between the amount already paid and the reasonable administrative costs that have arisen including the failed delivery and the return of the Order, in addition to the storage costs to your credit or debit card account.

     

    Return and Refund

    Please note that we will only process returns and refunds for Product(s) purchased in the Online Store.

    If you have purchased Product(s) for your private use as a consumer and wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and return the Product(s), you may do so by calling 93 461 48 65 or by notifying online.drbloom@gmail.com within 15 days from the date you received the Product(s).

    In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, except for shipping and return costs without any undue delay once the returned product has been received and evaluated. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

     

    Guarantees and Legal Rights

    We grant you a legal guarantee in accordance with the laws of Spain.

    This warranty policy does not affect, exclude, limit or suspend (and should not be interpreted in such sense), the rights that correspond to you by law.
