Exchanges

Barcelona and Madrid: If you need to change a size or color of your items, you can do it for free in store.

 

You have 15 days to change any of the products that you have ordered starting at the date of receiving your package.

 

You must contact us, either via email to online@drbloom.es or via (+34) 93 461 48 65.

 

We will not accept the return of any products that has been used, washed, not labeled, has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging. For that reason we request you ti be careful with the product until you change it.

 

Free change in store

You can change a product purchased through the online store in any of our physical stores that you will find in our shops section.

 

You have 15 days to change any of the products that you have ordered starting at the date of receiving your package. You must bring the return form.

 

Exchanges by mail

 

Exchange steps:

  1. Send an e-mail to online@drbloom.es to inform us the items you want to return and the new size/color you want to receive.

  2. Complete the return form and add it inside the box next to the items to be returned.

  3. Prepare the box for pick-up and make sure it is well sealed for shipment.

  4. When the new size/color order has been confirmed, we will send it out.

  5. Give the return box to the deliveryman during the delivery of the new order.

Exchanges up to 75€ buyed in Spain (Peninsula) are free of charge.

 

Returns

Free returns in store

  1. Locate your nearest DrBloom store in Our Shops section.

  1. Complete the return form that you received with your order and deliver it together with the product you want to return in store.

  1. You will receive the amount of the returned products through the same payment method you used to pay your order within 15 days. The refund date doesn’t depend on us. If the payment was made via paypal, you will receive a credit to your account. We recommend to keep the receipt until the refund will be made.


Return by mail

Shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

We just process producto returns made through the online store.

 

Return steps:

  1. Send an e-mail to online@drbloom.es to inform us the products you want to return.

  2. Complete the return form and add it inside the box next to the products to be returned.

  3. Make sure the box is well sealed for shipping.

  4. Go to your trusted shipping company and send it to C/Ballester, 33, local, 08023 Barcelona.

 

And that's it! Once we receive the returned products we will proceed with the refund.
