Currently, we ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and European countries. If you are interested in our products and your country doesn’t appear as an option, please contact us at online@drbloom.es and we will inform you about the shipping conditions.
National Shipping
The shipment and reception of the package will be carried out through MRW and GLS depending on the type of shipment requested at the time of the order:
1. In-store pick up
The pick up in store will be free for cities where we have Drbloom stores. These are Barcelona and Madrid. We despatch all orders within 3-5 days from Monday to Friday except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer.
When the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the expected date of arrival at the indicated store. If for some reason the delivery were delayed, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.
2. Express shipping
Express shipping will have a fixed fee of 7,50€ throughout the Peninsula and Portugal (except the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla).
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation to you email all the information to track your delivery.
The delivery time is 24-48 hours on working days. Orders made before 2pm will be processed the same day.
We will deliver your order to the address you provided during the check out. The couriers will make two attempts at delivery. If you are absent on the first attempt, GLS or MRW will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
3. Standard shipping
Standard shipping will have a fixed fee of 5,00€ throughout the Peninsula and Portugal (except Canary Islands Gibraltar, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla). Balearic Islands will have a fixed fee of 15,00€.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation to you email all the information to track your delivery.
The delivery time is 2-4 working days. Orders made before 2pm will be processed the same day.

International Shipping
International shipping will be done through GLS.
- Shipping Europe 1:

Standard shipping Europe 2 will have a fixed fee of 20,00€. Countries within Europe 2 (Bulgary, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Sweden).

The delivery time is 4-5 working days. Orders made before 2pm will be processed the same day.
